M/s Vinayak Construction ("we", "us", "our") operates in Satna, Madhya Pradesh, providing construction and manpower supply services. This page explains what information we collect from our employees and site visitors, and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect and store the following information about our employees, for the purpose of running payroll and delivering payslips:
- Name and employee code
- Wages and attendance data, used to generate monthly payslips
- Mobile phone number, used to deliver payslips via WhatsApp
This website itself does not use cookies, run analytics, or collect any personal information from visitors beyond standard, anonymous server logs kept by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance purposes.
How we use WhatsApp
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform to send monthly payslips directly to employees' registered phone numbers. We do not use WhatsApp to send marketing messages, and we do not share employee phone numbers with any third party other than Meta, as required to operate the WhatsApp Business Platform itself.
Data storage and retention
Employee data is stored securely and used solely for internal payroll administration. We retain this data only for as long as needed for payroll and employment records, and take reasonable steps to keep it accurate and protected from unauthorised access.
Your rights
Any employee may contact us at any time to review, correct, or request removal of their phone number or other personal data held in our records.
